Book a free 30-minute discovery call directly via Calendly. We’ll talk about your business, what you need and whether we’re a good fit.
STEP 2
Proposal
If it makes sense to work together, I’ll send you a tailored proposal. Sometimes we agree on the spot during the call — whatever works best for you.
STEP 3
Onboarding
Once you’re on board I’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire and any agreements to sign. Then we get to work.
STEP 4
Working together
We work on exactly what we agreed — with regular check-ins, clear communication and full accountability on my end.

Project-based
Perfect for a one-off project with a clear scope — a system build, a launch, a tool migration. We agree on the deliverables and a fixed price before we start.
Every project is priced individually — we’ll work out the right investment together on your discovery call.
Monthly Retainer
You reserve a set number of hours each month and use them however your business needs. Flexible, ongoing support that adapts as you grow.
Example: 20 hours/month = 20,000 CZK.
