I'm Veronika Malíková

Technical virtual assistant and online business manager with the focus on systems and process automation within small online businesses.

I can help you with many areas of your online business from project management and ops and systems management and automations to small tasks such as setting up and changing your WordPress website, setting up your email marketing, customer care, or editting and publishing your videos and podcasts.

I help alleviate administrative workload from online entrepreneurs so they have more time to focus on what has a real impact within their business.

My Journey

and how I got here

I finished my English language and literature studies in 2016 and continued as English & Spanish into Czech translator.

I did this for over 7 years while focusing on fashion, software, and videogame localization.

Apart from foreign languages I was always very passionate about tech so for about 2 years I switched to tech and worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

And when I was looking at where to go next, I wanted to go back to freelancing and discovered the world of online businesses. I decided to pass my enthusiasm for organizing, technology, and systems on in the form of my online business manager and tech VA services.

I love trying new things and I truly believe nothing is impossible if you have the right (and functioning!) systems in place.
